Order first. Then automate.

We clarify responsibilities and information flows, train your teams, then build the tools.

No tool can settle a question nobody has decided.

  • Who decides, and who signs off?
  • Where is the latest version of the document?
  • Why is the same information typed in three times?
  • And why did the new software change nothing?

Often the problem is not the tool. It is the order missing before it.

An employee, face hidden, writes amid piles of folders next to a lit laptop, then takes his head in both hands.
Before: too much paper, no flow. Illustrative image.

Four steps, in this order.

  1. 1

    Understand

We start from your reality: your teams, your habits, your constraints.

  2. 2

    Structure

Responsibilities, procedures, information flows: we bring order before adding a tool.

  3. 3

    Equip

We design or integrate the right tool, without needless complexity.

  4. 4

    Support

Training and follow-up, so your teams make the tool their own for the long term.

The same employee, now in a navy suit, stands at his desk with one hand on a stack of folders and smiles; the binders behind him are in order.
After: everything in its place. Illustrative image.

Advise. Train. Build.

Three trades serving one thing: an organization that works.

Advise
Organization, governance, administrative procedures, project management, digital transformation and change management.
Train
Continuing education and coaching for teams: digital tools, artificial intelligence, data analysis.
Build
Software, portals and management systems. Document digitization, dashboards, process automation. Digital content.

AI assists. You decide.

We bring in artificial intelligence where it saves time, never where a person has to make the call.

  • Decisions reserved for an authorized person stay with that person.
  • Confidential data is only used with written authorization.
  • Every use of AI is documented and traceable.

Try it

  1. Document received
  2. AI analysis
  3. Human decision
  4. Action

Archive room lit by a high window, grey boxes lined up on shelves, a brass lamp on a reading table.
Archives in order: the condition for useful AI.

The same rigor, two worlds.

Companies, government bodies, public institutions

Clarify who does what, shorten approval chains, equip leadership and train teams, with traceability designed for oversight and audit.

Churches, schools, associations

Tools for the life of a community: members, activities, training, attendance and administrative tracking of contributions, without ever collecting funds on behalf of our clients.

We know the life of a community from the inside.

Tools already in service.

Designed and run for organizations led by the founder. We say so plainly: that is where we learned the trade.

How an engagement works.

  1. 1

    Brief

You describe the situation and the goal.

  2. 2

    Diagnosis

We look at the flows, the responsibilities and the tools in place.

  3. 3

    Proposal

A scope, a schedule and a price, in writing.

  4. 4

    Delivery

We deliver in stages, with your teams.

  5. 5

    Follow-up

We check that the tool is actually used.

  6. 6

    Review

What changed, and what is left to do.

No engagement starts without a written agreement.
