Data we process

When you visit the website: technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), processed by our host to keep the website secure and working, and overall visit statistics, measured without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

When you write to us by email or on WhatsApp: your name, your contact details and the content of your message.

The website has no form and does not ask you for any data.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and, if you wish, prepare a proposal.
• To keep the website secure and understand, in an overall and anonymous way, how it is used.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing without your agreement.

Who has access

Your messages are read only by the Karis Consulting staff responsible for answering them. We use the following technical providers:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security and cookie-free statistics for the website;
• Google LLC (Google Workspace): the company's email;
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to write to us through that service, which applies its own privacy policy.

These providers are located outside the Democratic Republic of the Congo, notably in the United States, so your data may be processed there.

Retention

Messages we receive are kept for 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless a contractual relationship begins. Documents linked to an engagement are then kept for the period required by legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies

The website uses no cookies, neither advertising nor tracking.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, in accordance with the Congolese legislation applicable to personal data protection. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to messages is limited to the people who need it.

Changes

We may update this policy, particularly if our providers change or a contact form is added. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
